Catrine Ljunggren

Catrine Ljunggren, aka "Cat", is a dance teacher, performer and choreographer specializing in Swing & Lindy Hop, Tap, Jazz, and Argentine Tango. Catrine teaches at dance camps and workshops around the world as well as group classes and private lessons in her hometown of San Francisco.

Catrine has a storied dance career that includes being a founding performer of the world renowned The Rhythm Hot Shots, studying with swing dance legends Frankie Manning and Al Minns, and playing an instrumental role in the current popular revival of swing dancing.

Catrine is also the graceful and quirky party hostess at Cat's Corner - the Wednesday Night Swing Dance Party at Savanna Jazz Club in SF.
